How do I track my order?
If you created an account during checkout, you can login to check the status of your order in you account. You will need your order number (Starts with 19) and the e-mail address you used during checkout. If you did not create an account during checkout, please feel free to contact us.
How quickly do you ship?
During our normal business hours we usually ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours. Inventory is updated from our warehouses to our website nightly. Some items may be shipped directly from the Manufacturer, which can take 3-5 days. We will contact you if your order will be delayed for any reason. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are only required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to Texas or California. If you are shipping to an address outside of Texas or California, there will be no tax applied to the order. During checkout Tax will be applied when Texas or California is selected as a state.
